The rapid development of artificial intelligence has significantly accelerated computational calculation and enlarged the demands in information storage. Therefore, high-performance memory devices based on new architectures functionalities, such as resistive memory, transistor phase change along with their applications neuromorphic computing synapse have arisen extensive interest among researchers. In order to improve performance, block copolymer electrets diversified self-assembled structures been extensively developed, structure–performance properties investigated. this focused review, a variety copolymers combining incompatible polymers, hydrophilic/hydrophobic, polar/nonpolar, conjugated/insulating are introduced review. design concepts recent advances nonvolatile synapses were addressed.
